This is an 8 hour training delivered in four-hour sessions over two days. Students must attend each session to receive a certificate of completion. All sessions will take place at the AMP Training Center from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

ObjectiveAJAC’s Basic Inspection Hand Tools course will train your employees how and when to use a variety of the most common basic hand tools in manufacturing inspection, including:
- Precision rulers
- Vernier, dial and digital calipers
- Snap, Screw pitch and Feeler gauges
- Gage pins
- Inch lbs. and Foot lbs. torque wrenches
- Height gauges
- Inside/outside/depth micrometers
- Gage blocks
- Sine bar
- Calibration equipment related to each tool
- Surface finish scratch plate
- Bore Gauges
This course is for employers and employees working in the manufacturing industry in Washington State.
Through hands-on practice and instructor guidance, your employees will demonstrate their understanding of how to calibrate and use basic manufacturing inspection tools.
